Record-high domestic beef prices drove the school menu in the latest episode of South Park, prompting the main characters to launch a quest for the meat. This central plot point anchored a segment that aired on Comedy Central on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

The narrative centers on the return of Randy Marsh to the group of boys after he shrank to child size. This change occurred following his use of youth-enhancing creams in the previous installment. Randy now stands in for Kenny as the fourth member of the core group. Stan is depicted navigating the social dynamics of having his tiny father as a peer.

The boys visit a cattle ranch in South America, where they encounter a new character named Ruth Chris. Although the character is fictional, she closely resembles Ruth Fertel, the founder of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. She guides the group through the ranch and introduces them to upcoming media assets.

Ruth Chris presents new footage from Grand Theft Auto VI, a title scheduled for release on November 18, 2026. The clip features the game's protagonist, Jason Duval, engaging in combat on Vice Beach. The scene includes a bag of dog waste, which the character describes as a key mechanic.

"Look at that, the graphics are seriously next level. You see the world-building?" Ruth Chris says during the preview. She explains that players can pick up the dog waste, throw it at opponents, and use it as a weapon if the target fights back.

The character concludes by stating, "That is what's coming in November." This line connects the video game release to the upcoming midterm elections, a metaphor creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have employed in previous segments. The timing of the game's launch serves as a focal point for the show's political satire.

The episode opens with Eric Cartman climbing the walls of South America Elementary. He waits for a Sloppy Joe lunch that is no longer served due to the high cost of domestic beef. The show links the consumption of this patriotic beef to severe physical reactions, including a specific visual effect that results in characters exploding in restaurants.
